I don't think the IF Mob Duplicator is configurable that way. Even if it was, it'd still probably limit you to however many mobs its essence tank could account for. I can't recall if it's 8 or 16 buckets or what, but even spawning a single Wither Skeleton drains it pretty significantly. There's no config option to ignore the spawn cap either.

So I have had similar issues, I know the mod duplicator works just fine with the pink slime, I would suspect that the Ender IO powered spawner would also work as well. I had issues with a regular spawner and a resturbed spawner, but I believe its because the resturbed utilizes the regular spawner conditions set forth in the game like the ...

Not sure if this has changed in later versions but I know pigs used to give the most pink slime per mob. That was back in 1.7.10 though so it could have changed.
