Many people (like myself) who has gastritis also experience acid reflux and get pains under the rib. Trying taking an acid reducer medication and see if it improves. Fyi, acid reflux is not neccesarrily felt only on mid-chest area. It can be felt through your whole upper body and mid-section (abdomen).
