Went to Apizza Scholls on a weekday at 5:30PM, there were a good number of people but no problem getting seated. The restaurant is decently sized and pretty casual. We got a 1/2 and 1/2 pie with Bacon Bianco and Apizza Amore. The Bacon Bianco was nice and garlicky. The Bacon Bianco doesn't have any sauce, just bacon, cheeses, garlic, and herbs.
